Hupay Café Is Worth A Penny (Review)
Food plays an extremely important role in everyone's lives, and if I say food, it means good food. I believe everyone agrees to that. Unless you came from an unidentified planet and eating (food) is not part of your daily routine. Fine. Pun intended. Let's get down to business, shall we? Escalante City in Negros Occidental has almost ninety-five thousand residents, and I hope I am part of the headcount despite my nine-year absence. As of this year, there have been tons of starting local food centers in the city, including one that piques every inch of my interest. Yeah. You'll feel me if you are into reggae. If you're not, I am certain you'd still feel the same. Hupay Café I first visited Hupay Café in April 2017 with one of my son's godmothers, (Ninang GV). Actually, she was the one who informed me about the new food shop, which is co-owned by a good friend (hi doc!). Hupay is sandwiched (pardon the pun) between Tiknoy's (a small drink shop)...
